Lakeside Timber Residences is a multi-family community designed to immerse residents in a serene, nature-forward lifestyle. Nestled beside a reflective pond and framed by lush native plantings, the architecture harmonizes clean, modern lines with the tactile warmth of natural wood cladding.

The buildings’ vertical timber façades, accented by deep-set balconies and black metal elements, create a balance of elegance and texture. At twilight, the softly lit interiors glow through expansive windows, enhancing the sense of connection between inside and out.

Boardwalk pathways weave through the landscaped grounds, inviting daily encounters with water, greenery, and seasonal changes. The pond not only provides a tranquil focal point but also functions as part of the site’s sustainable water management system, integrating beauty and performance.
